2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon payment completion. We accept online payments via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery. Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India within 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Delivery times may vary due to location and courier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for sealed, unused products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Contact info@gravmane.com to initiate returns.
6. Skincare Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic formulations, not medical treatments. Results may vary. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist if you have skin conditions.
