Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days · ₹60 flat rate (Free on orders above ₹599) Express delivery: 2–3 business days · ₹120 flat rate We deliver to all pin codes across India. Remote areas may experience additional delivery time of 2–4 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping takes 7–15 business days. Shipping charges and applicable customs duties are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on our courier partner's website or by contacting us at Info@gravmane.com with your order number.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at Info@gravmane.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For lost orders, please allow the full delivery window to pass before contacting us.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email Info@gravmane.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
